What goes into making your products?
All our products are designed exclusively in New York. We use the best quality fabrics and intricate detailing to ensure our products retain their luxurious finish for many years to come.
We also follow international safety standards to make sure our products are safe for children.
What is the best way to care for the products?
We pride ourselves in providing ease of care. We know you have so much going on and we want to make it easy for you. Most of our products are machine washable.

Do I need to create an account to purchase online?
You can place an online order without creating an account or registering with us by checking out as a "Guest".
However, creating an account makes it quick and easy for you to see past orders, track the status of your orders, create wish lists, save your shopping bag, and place future orders quickly as we are able to store your billing and shipping address for faster checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation after an online purchase?
We will request for your email address during order processing and will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours of placement.
How can I find the status of my order placed online?
Your order becomes available for status tracking 1-2 days after it is placed. You can track your order status online by visiting the Track Order page or by logging in to your account if you have created one.
Which countries do you deliver in?

How do you calculate shipping, taxes, and duties?
We offer FREE shipping in India and UAE. At this time, we are also offering USD 9 (flat rate) shipping to several countries, including U.S.A., Canada, U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Japan, Nepal and Bangladesh.
For other countries, shipping is calculated based on your shipping location, the number of units, and the weight of your order. Please email us at email@example.com to know the best shipping rates we can offer to your shipping destination.
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means displayed product prices are exclusive of all import duties. Taxes and duties are set by the destination country and determined by the products included in your order.
You will be presented with all of these costs at checkout before you make the payment. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in; payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
How long will it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are scheduled to arrive within 3-9 business days depending on the destination. Personalized orders may take an additional 2 business days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail.
How can I track my order placed online?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number information. You can track your order status online by visiting the Track Order page or by logging in to your account if you have created one
Could I change the shipping address of an order?
Shipping address can only be modified before the order is billed or shipped. We strive to be as flexible as possible, however, we also ship your order promptly to make sure you receive it quickly.
What happens if I am not home when the package arrives?
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.
Could I ship products in one order to multiple addresses?
To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.
I did not receive my order. What should I do?
Orders are expected to be delivered within 3-9 business days depending on the destination. Personalized orders may take an additional 2 business days. If your order has not arrived in this time frame, please contact us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What payment methods are accepted?
All customers can make a payment on our online website using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make the payment.
If you have a PayPal account, you can login to your PayPal account and make the online payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can choose to pay by entering your credit/debit card in the PayPal interface page (without logging in).

What currency will I be billed in?
All customers will be billed in US Dollars.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order online, assuming the order has not already been shipped. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be returned to your account within 2 weeks.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return or exchange most items within 7 days from date of delivery. We work very hard to ensure that the highest quality standards are met, but if you are still unsatisfied with your order, please write to us at email@example.com, with your order number, product you would like to return and reason for return. We will follow up with detailed instructions on how you can initiate a return or exchange.
For an exchange, please return the current item and place a new order. Please note that unless the item(s) are defective, you will have to borne the cost of shipping back the product to our warehouse in India or USA.
All products returned must be unused and in their original packaging will tags intact to be eligible for returns or exchanges. We require the original invoice to be sent along with the product. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that we receive after 7 days from delivery date.
We cannot accept returns on personalized orders or certain sale items marked as final sale.

What would I have to pay to return or exchange an item?
If the product delivered is different from the order placed or is defective, we will provide a full refund or re-fulfill your order.
If the return or exchange is for other reasons, we would require you to borne the cost of shipping back the product to our warehouse in India or USA. Once we receive the return, you will receive an email with online credit valid for three months (minus the initial shipping cost).
What is your refund policy?
In case you wish to cancel an order or if the product delivered is different from the order placed or is defective, please write to us at email@example.com, with your order number, product(s) ordered and reason for return/cancellation. We will follow up with detailed instructions on how you can initiate a return or exchange. Your payment will be returned within 2 weeks.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Orders for personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged except when due to defect. We do not accept return on gift card purchases. We also cannot accept returns on certain sale items, which are marked final sale.
My order was delivered incorrectly or is damaged. What should I do?
If the item delivered is different from the order placed or has a quality issue, we will provide a full refund or re-fulfill your order. To return or exchange a product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org return instructions. Please ensure product is unused and in original packaging with tags intact. We also require the original invoice to be sent along with the product.
Please note that we require all returns or exchanges to reach us within 7 days from delivery date.
What does personalization mean?
Personalization allows you to add up to 16 characters to some of our products – popular choices are the child’s name, date of birth, or a message. You can select from three beautiful fonts – Times, Garamond and Ballantines.
Items that can be personalized are marked with a “personalize it” icon. Personalized items make perfect gifts for the little ones – something they cherish for a long time!
What does personalization cost?
The cost of monogramming or personalizing is USD5 per product.
Can I cancel or return a personalized item?
Orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned except when due to defect.

We have lots of great gifts for the little ones – for all occasions. Please click here for our gift section which will recommend gifts to you by age, price and occasion! Also, our beautiful gift cards (coming soon!) make a perfect gifts and gives the recipient the flexibility to choose whatever they love.
Can I send an item as a gift? Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, you can mark an order as a gift during the checkout process. For an additional charge of USD5, we will wrap your order in our linen fabric bag and finish with a greeting card (with your note on it). Depending on the quantity of items, we may need to wrap products in multiple bags.
For your convenience, the invoice for a gift order will not include prices. You can directly ship to the recipient or to yourself to present to them personally!
