If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange unused items by emailing us at customerservice@littleweststreet.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help you with a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You’ll just need to cover return shipping, and we’ll either issue a store credit or arrange an exchange. (Please note: personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges.)

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package is on the way. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Need it sooner?
